First Class? Here's What Happens Out There.

Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early. You’ll meet your OutFit Instructor Coach, get a quick overview of the setup, and learn how OutFit works—including our color-coded timer system that lets you control intensity using green, yellow, and red zones.

This is also the perfect time to share your fitness background and goals—whether you’re brand new, getting back into a routine, or already experienced—and mention any injuries or concerns so your coach can offer modifications.

What to wear:

Come ready to move comfortably outdoors

  • Athletic wear: Moisture-wicking top, shorts or leggings, and cross-training or running shoes

  • Water bottle: Stay hydrated—many locations have Yeti coolers with extra water available

  • Towel: Helpful for sweat (some locations have extras, but bringing your own is recommended)

  • Optional: Fitness tracker (Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc.) if you like tracking your workout

We host regular classes at the following parks, however we also have special events and locations a few times a month .Download our App for up to date locations. When you book a class you will always be texted the link for directions.
